Everything before you arrive is settled in writing: who will operate, what will be done, how long you will be here, and what it will cost.
A consultant reads your scans personally. An online consultation can be scheduled after your scans are reviewed, generally in 1-2 working days.
Five steps, and we do three of them
You send us your scans. After that you are handed to one coordinator who stays with you from the first email to your one-year review. No agents, no middle-men, no call centre, no repeating yourself.

On outcomes, we would rather wait than boast
An independent audit of our arthroplasty results is under way and will be published in full — complications, revisions, function scores, the lot. Until it is in print we will not quote figures at you, and we would gently suggest you ask the same of anyone who does.
How long you will be here
The clinical part is the same wherever you have come from. What changes is the travel around it, so we plan the two separately.
Two to three days in ward. The rest in accomodation close to us to allow daily physioptherapy

What your coordinator handles
One named person, reachable on email and WhatsApp. Everything below is arranged by us and confirmed to you in writing before you book a flight.
We do not take commissions from hotels or airport transfers.
What it costs, and what that buys
You will have one itemised figure in writing before you travel, and it is the figure you pay. It covers the surgeon, the anaesthetist, theatre, implant, ward stay and physiotherapy .
Your final figure depends on the implant chosen for you and on any medical conditions that need managing.

Send us your scans
A consultant will read them personally and we will write back within two working days.
Once we receive this form, we will ask for your scans and reports on WhatsApp. Photographs of films are fine. A standing X-ray of both legs is the single most useful thing you can send.
